ALL-SEASON PARTY FOOD
Thinking of what to prepare for your party or for your family. This dip will surely please
your guest, men in particular. There’s a variety of recipes to choose but this one is
the best and easy to make.
Bonnie’s Buffalo Chicken Dip
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves( about 2
pounds), boiled, drained & shredded with 2 forks. (You can also use Costco or BJs rotisierrie chicken)
1- 12 ounce bottle of FRANK’s hot sauce
2- 8 ounce packages Cream cheese (store brand is okay ; 1/3 less fat is good too)
1-16 ounce bottle of Ranch dressing (any brand will do)
½ cup chopped celery (optional)
8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack or sharp cheddar cheese
or combo
Preheat oven to 350 degrees . In a 13x9x2 inch baking pan,
combine the shredded chicken meat with entire bottle of Frank’s hot sauce,
spreading to form an even layer. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine
the cream cheese with entire bottle of ranch dressing, stirring until smooth & hot. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken mixture to form a 2nd
layer. Sprinkle chopped celery over top.Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until hot & bubbly. You don't want the top to get browned or it will be hard. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving hot/warm with celery sticks and/ or any sturdy dipping chip.
This is so good that it will be gone in minutes!!

ODYSSEY CHARTER SCHOOL EXPANSION PLAN
Odyssey Charter School filed expansion plans to New Castle County from K-6 to K-12 campus at Barley Mill Plaza Office
Park. With this plan, the school will absorb nearly a third of the 92 acres
along Delaware 141.
The community was pleased with the idea of creating a school instead
of the previous plan of Stoltz Real Estate Partners to develop the site for commercial and residential use,
including high-rise condos and shopping center.
