Delaware Code Online

Every so often, I talk with clients who would like to do some research with the DE code before they make a decision about incorporating or forming an LLC.

They have the right idea about staying informed, but they don't know where to find a copy Delaware laws. Everyone is always pleased to learn that they can view all of Delaware's Code online for no charge.

All codes are available- not just those related to Limited Liability Companies, Corporations, and Partnerships.

You can also view a copy of The Delaware Constitution.

Retirement Plan Resource Guide on CD ROM compliments of Uncle Sam

It seems appropriate that I follow up my last post with some more information on retirement planning.

The IRS has announced that they are now offering a New Retirement Plan Resource Guide on CD ROM for small businesses. It is being billed as one stop resource guide on everything small business owners need to know about setting up and maintaining IRS-based retirement plans for their employees.

Did I mention it is free?

To get a copy of the CD at no cost, call the IRS toll-free at 1-800-TAX-FORM (829-3676) and ask for Publication 4395. An online version is available on the newly-revamped “Retirement Plans” section on the IRS website.
