Title: AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 6 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DEBT MANAGEMENT SERVICES..

Synopsis: This Bill clarifies that the Debt Management Services Act is intended to regulate providers who negotiate terms or concessions related to an individual’s unsecured debt. Businesses offering to negotiate modification of mortgage loans on behalf of individuals with homes in foreclosure are required to comply with provisions of the “Mortgage Rescue Fraud Protection Act” in 6 Del. C. Chapter 24B.

CELEBRATING THE SEASON IN DELAWARE

Delaware is getting into the spirit of things for the approaching Halloween season. Here are a few attractions that look interesting to me.

Fort Delaware is now offering Paranormal Investigations throughout the weekends of October. A lot of the gadgets featured on the popular SyFy Channel series Ghost Hunters, will be in use by actual Delaware Ghost Hunter investigators during these sessions.

Ed Okonowicz, a Delaware author, will be presenting "Halloween Horrors: Vampires and Witches" at Bellevue State Park on October 29. Mr. Okonowicz is an area favorite for his spooky storytelling and tours.

Ramsey’s Farm-Wilmington, DE: Spend the day with your family on the farm. There are corn mazes, hayrides, pumpkin painting and home made snacks. Roam around a bit in the expansive pumpkin patch to find your perfect pumpkin for your jack-o-lantern.

Hi I am the new intern

In the past two weeks, I have been given the experience to gain college credit and help further the law practice of Larry D. Sullivan, Esq. and the business Delaware Intercorp, Inc. My work has included research, communication with both of Larry Sullivan and Russell Rozanski, and learning how to be part of a team. I am a Delaware Technical and Community College student and plan on transferring in the spring to Wilmington University. I am interested in reading a wide source of topic and in taking in different experiences. This job is more like school than a job in the fact I am here to be able to achieve more in the future. I will be using this blog to discuss what I am doing. I will be contributing to this blog every week. This blog will be written every week. I will also be posting a blog weekly for the law practice of Larry D. Sullivan, Esq.
