Holiday Office Hours
Below is a list of holiday office closures and changes to normal filing deadlines
for the remainder of the year and the start of 2014:
Tuesday, December 24, 2013
Christmas Eve - The Division of Corporations will be closing at
4:30 P.M.
• All Same Day
filings are required to be received before 1 P.M.
Wednesday, December 25, 2013
State Holiday - Christmas Day - The Division of Corporations and
our office will be closed.
Wednesday, January 1, 2014
State Holiday – New Year’s Day - The Division of Corporations
and our office will be closed.
Please remember that filing service is available in advance for
future effective dates should a client need an effective date secured for a non-business
day. This option is available during the holiday season or any other time of the year!
