Update to: Credit Card Processing Issue

The system failure experienced by our credit card processor on Tuesday, May 26th has been resolved.

At this time we are not aware of any further processing issues.

With that being said: we wish to assure you, you and your needs are important to Delaware Intercorp.  Whether the automated systems we use are operational or not, our dedicated Team of representatives is here to assist you!

Credit Card Processing Issue

As a service to our clients, we want to share important information with you.

Our credit card processor is troubleshooting an issue.  Charges are intermittently not processing. Our processor has no estimated time frame for when a resolution will be in place.

If you are affected by the failure of your order to process, you may submit your order by choosing an alternative form of payment (i.e. check or wire transfer).  At your request, we can follow up with a call or email to you to complete the transaction.
