Payment Gateway is Up

We are pleased to confirm that the payment gateway service provider's issue affecting access to the Merchant Interface/transaction processing has been resolved.  We are now able to process credit card transactions again!

Payment Gateway Down

Unfortunately, our payment gateway service provider is experiencing a widespread problem which is impacting thousands of merchants, not just us.  As a result, credit card transactions cannot be processed so you may have trouble completing the checkout process on our website if you are using a credit card as the payment method.

The service provider is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  In the meantime, you can select “pay by check” to submit your order details, and one of our team members will contact you to collect your credit card details.  That way, we can proceed with processing your order without further delay once the credit card transaction can be completed.
