Important Notice: Expedited Service Cut-Off Time Changes for March 18, 2016
Below is a notice from the Delaware Division of Corporations
regarding changes to the cut-off times for certain expedited service levels
tomorrow:
On Friday, March 18, 2016 an
Employee Recognition Luncheon is planned for all the employees of the Division
of Corporations at the Townsend Building.
The 4-12 shift will be working 12 Noon to 8 P.M. and the following
changes will be in effect:
All 30 Minute and Priority 1
(one-hour service) must be received by 6 P.M.; Priority 2 (two-hour service)
must be received by 5 P.M. All other
cut-off times will remain unchanged.

Delaware Intercorp Office will be Open on Good Friday Holiday
On Friday, March 25, 2016,
Delaware Intercorp will be open for business under the normal business hours of
8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Delaware Division of Corporations will be closed
in observance of the Good Friday holiday and therefore no State filings can be
made on that day.
However, our online agent access to the State’s
database will allow us to perform certain services for you such as retrieving a
Certificate of Good Standing and/or plain copies; conducting research on costs,
preparing quotes for filing; checking company status; process payments and
answer general questions.
We will be here to help you with your business
needs!
