Hurricane Sandy may impact Delaware

If you don't live in the mid-Atlantic region of the US, you may not be aware that a storm is headed our way! We hope for the best, and we are prepared. Our emergency office schedule typically follows that of the Delaware Division of Corporations. Unless there is a sate of emergency declared, you should plan on having us be around in the coming days to help with your business needs.

The 2012 list of void and cancelled Delaware entities is now available online

It's that time of year again, when the Governor publishes the listing of all corporations declared void for non-payment of taxes and/or for failure to file their annual franchise tax report and alternative entities declared cancelled for non-payment of Annual Tax.

The Delaware Division of Corporations website has a list of Corporations, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and General Partnerships that have been proclaimed "Void" or "Cancelled" in 2012:

Delaware Corporations

Delaware Limited Liability Companies

Delaware Limited Partnerships

Delaware General Partnerships

The list of entities declared Void or Cancelled for the year 2012 is available to be viewed on the State website for no charge until October 31, 2012.
