Delaware Division of Corporations Website and EZ FIle Are Fully Operational

We have just received word from the State that the technical issues on their website have been resolved, allowing for Franchise Tax Payments and UCC Filings.

Franchise Tax may also be submitted via EZ file for a $35.00 convenience fee.

Division of Corporations Website Technical Issues Effecting Franchise Tax Payments

The State of Delaware, Division of Corporation's website is experiencing technical difficulties with UCC filings and Franchise Tax payments. EZ file is also down. We thank you for your patience while the State works to resolve the issue.

If you have a Limited Liability Company and would like to make your franchise tax payment via phone, our team members are here to serve! Just dial toll free 888.324.1817 or 302.266.9367. A $35.00 processing fee applies.

Memorial Day Closure Notice

In honor of the Memorial Day holiday, both the Delaware Division of Corporations and our office will be closed on Monday, May 26. Normal business will resume on Tuesday, May 27.

You can still use EZ File to pay your franchise tax even when the office is closed.
