The 2011 List of Void and Cancelled Delaware Entities is now available

The Delaware Division of Corporations publishes an annual list of Corporations, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and General Partnerships that have been proclaimed "Void" or "Cancelled" for non-payment of franchise tax.

The list of entities declared Void or Cancelled for the year 2011 is available to be viewed on the State website for no charge from October 24th, 2011 until October 31, 2011.

Delaware Corporations

Delaware Limited Liability Companies

Delaware Limited Partnerships

Delaware General Partnerships
