ODYSSEY CHARTER SCHOOL EXPANSION PLAN



Odyssey Charter School  filed  expansion plans to  New Castle County  from  K-6 to K-12 campus at Barley Mill Plaza Office Park. With this plan, the school will absorb nearly a third of the 92 acres along Delaware 141.

The community was pleased with the idea of  creating a school instead of the previous plan of   Stoltz Real Estate Partners to develop the site for commercial and residential use, including high-rise condos and shopping center.
