The Delaware Division of Corporations has made the following announcement:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE DELAWARE DIVISION OF CORPORATIONS WILL BE CLOSED FOR A MAJOR COMPUTER SYSTEM CONVERSION OVER LABOR DAY WEEKEND 2015. THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4TH AND WILL REOPEN FOR BUSINESS ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH.
