USPS Rate Changes

The U.S Postal Service implemented rate changes on several mail classes and special services effective May 31, 2015.

Here are some of the changes:

DOMESTIC

First Class Mail Letters (1 oz.) remains the same at $0.49. However, each additional ounce costs $0.22.
First Class Flats (1 oz.) remains the same at $0.98. Each additional ounce costs $0.22
Postcard rates increased by one cent from $0.34 to $0.35.

INTERNATIONAL

Postage for First Class Mail International Letters (1 oz.) and postcards increased from $1.15 to $1.20.
First Class Package International Service Commercial Base (online postage) rates start at $6.39 (1 oz.), up by $0.23
