IS YOUR COMPANY'S CONTACT INFORMATION CURRENT?

As your company’s registered agent, Delaware Intercorp is required to have on file your company’s current contact information. This includes a responsible party, mailing address and phone number as well as a valid email address.

Why is this information needed? A registered agent provides an address to receive legal service of process and official correspondence from Delaware’s Secretary of State and is responsible for forwarding that information to an authorized representative. It goes without saying that a company that fails to receive this vital documentation could be putting itself at unnecessary risk.
