View the List of entities declared Void or Cancelled in Delaware Online!

For one more day that is, so you better not waste any time!

The Governor's list listing of all corporations declared void for non-payment of taxes and/or for failure to file their annual franchise tax report and alternative entities declared cancelled for non-payment of Annual Tax can be reviewed below:

DELAWARE CORPORATIONS

DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITIES COMPANIES

DELAWARE LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS

DELAWARE PARTNERSHIPS

The list of entities declared Void or Cancelled for the year 2013 is available for viewing on the State website for no charge until October 31, 2013.
