Company Contact Corrections Needed

Are you receiving your invoices and electronic notifications? As we head into the rapidly approaching 2013 franchise tax season, it is important for companies to update their contact information with Delaware Intercorp, Inc. so that they may continue to receive correspondence in a timely manner, and to stay in compliance.

At this time, any changes you make to your account on our website will not automatically update our internal office record of your contact information.
