Same day processing service is not available for corporate filings today, Friday, June 21, 2013, due to a Division of Corporation’s event.

This has no effect on Delaware Intercorp, Inc.’s ability to make filings today received during normal business hours to secure today’s filing date. Online filings are usually made within an hour.  The processing time with which your documentation will be returned to us by the Delaware Division of Corporations will depend on the level of service you select.  Normal processing filings are typically completed within 2-4 business days. If you select same day expedited service today, the Delaware Division of Corporations will not be able to return the stamped copy of the document today.
