Labor Day Holiday Closure


Due to the Labor Day Holiday, the Delaware Division of Corporations and our office will be closed on Monday, September 3, 2012.

Online orders may still be submitted via our website and they will be submitted to the State when normal business resumes on Tuesday, September 4, 2012.

We will respond to all other correspondence as soon as possible upon our return.
