Renew Your 2012 Delaware Business License Online

Based on past experience, the Division of Revenue business license renewal forms tend to arrive in the mail late in the year. Since the renewal deadline is on or before January 1st, that doesn't give businesses a lot of time to take action.

Businesses with a U.S. bank account, or able to pay by MasterCard, Visa, or Discover with a U.S. billing address, may renew licenses expiring the current year online as early as October 19, 2011. All you need is your EIN and business license number which can be found on your current license.

You can print the temporary license after submitting your renewal. A one or three year license will be mailed to you.
