Updated LLC Change of Agent Form

To change a Registered Agent, it is required to file a document with the Division of Corporations. Effective August 1, 2011, the document to change agents for an LLC has subtly changed and you may only change the Registered Agent when using the new document.

The new document is now available in our forms library. Find this form, and many others, on our website at no charge! Of course, Delaware Intercorp, Inc. will be glad to prepare the documents for you as part of our service when hired to assist with a corporate filing. If you have us file your change of agent, we'll even pay your entire State filing fee!
