State of Delaware and Division of Corporations Closing information August 26th, 2011

Due to a National Weather Service issuance of a hurricane warning the Governor will be closing state offices including the Division of Corporations today August 26, 2011 at 12:00 Noon.

Delaware Intercorp, Inc. will be open during normal business hours today, and plans to be open for business as usual on Monday, August 29th, 2011.

We expect to be able to post any updates to our status, or the Status of the Delaware Division of Corporations on our blog over the next few days.
