The Delaware Franchise Tax Deadline is Fast Approaching

If you haven't filed your Delaware Franchise Tax yet in 2011, beware the approaching due dates.

The filing deadline for Delaware LLC's, to avoid a late penalty and interest, is June 1st. Delaware foreign corporations must file their annual report prior to June 30th, to avoid a late penalty and LLLP annual reports are due June 1st.

For entities whose registered agent service is provided by Delaware Intercorp, Inc., you may contact Joanne at tax@delawareintercorp.com, for further franchise tax information.

To find out how to change your registered agent to Delaware Intercorp, Inc., email us at info@delawareintercorp.com . We will pay the State filing fee for the certificate of change of agent to change to our service.
