Delaware LP/LLC/GP Franchise Tax Due June 1, 2011

Delaware Intercorp, Inc. has sent all notifications for the 2010 Delaware LP/LLC/GP Franchise Tax. The payment deadline to avoid a late penalty and interest charges is June 1, 2011.

The LP/LLC/GP franchise tax amount due is $250, which is unchanged from last year. Failure to file the tax payment by the due date will result in a $200 State assessed penalty and 1.5% interest, per month.
