Small Business Reading Room

Here in Newark, Delaware spring is in the air. The temperature has reached a balmy 60 plus degrees, and the gentle rain is just urging hibernating flower bulbs to burst forth with vibrant color. This morning, I felt almost giddy as I made my way into work in my snazzy bright yellow raincoat with the Delaware Division of Corporations insignia on the pocket.

Winter is not yet over, and perhaps we have yet to experience another snowfall or two, but I prefer to think that silly little ground hog in Punxsutawney was correct in his predication of an early spring.
