Holiday Office Closure - Friday, December 24th, 2010

Please be advised that the Division of Corporations of the State of Delaware will be closed on Friday, December 24th, 2010, to observe the Christmas Holiday. Accordingly, our office will also be closed on that day.

Filing requests, phone inquires and/or email received after the close of business on the 23rd will be addressed when our office reopens on Monday, December 27th.
