Delaware Filing Procedures for New Year's Eve, December 31, 2010

It's that time of year again!

Here's some valuable info for anyone who wants to get some last minute filings done in Delaware before the end of 2010:

December 31, 2010 - New Year’s Eve - The Division of Corporations will be open from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. The Division will close at 4:30 P.M. and the following changes will be in effect:


  • All 30 Minute and one-hour service requests must be received by 2:30 P.M.; all two-hour service requests must be received by 2 P.M., Same Day requests are required to be received by 1 P.M.
