Weather Related Closing for Delaware Division of Corporations

The State of Emergency declared yesterday by Gov. Markell remains in effect today. All State of Delaware offices are closed on Thursday, February 11, 2010. Accordingly, our offices are also closed.

Note: Delaware Intercorp's website is still fully operational! We can accept your orders and receive your email messages. Please be assured that your correspondence will be addressed as soon as possible, and any filing or certificate requests will be fulfilled once the Division of Corporations re-opens.

We thank you for your patience and understanding while we dig out from this week's historic snow storms.
