Delaware Public Archives

The Division of Corporations is where you will find documentation and information about legally formed entities in the State of Delaware. It's not, however, the only government agency in the State where information is collected and stored.

Created by the General Assembly in 1905, The Delaware Public Archives is one of the oldest public archives programs in the country. Since inception, it has preserved the records of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of Delaware's state government. It is quite simply the place to go for both State and Local Government Records in Delaware.
