The Delaware Division of Corporations is Closed due to Severe Weather Conditions, but Delaware Intercorp is open!

Yep, we got snow! The offices of Delaware Intercorp, Inc. are open today; however parts of the State of Delaware remain closed, as the State of Emergency is still in effect for Kent and Sussex counties. The Delaware Division of Corporations is one of the State offices that is closed. They have published the following statement on their website:

Due to the weather conditions experienced in the State of Delaware this weekend, the Delaware Division of Corporations will be closed for business on February 8, 2010. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you.

Please be advised that we are anticipating the possibility of more snow here in Delaware later in the week:
Winter Storm Watch - Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday night.
