Delaware Alert! Weather Related Closing

All State of Delaware offices are closed on Wednesday, February 10, 2010.
As anticipated, a new major snowstorm slammed Delaware. Snowfall started early last night and continued through the early morning today. And, it's expected to get worse.

Gov. Jack Markell has declared a state of emergency for all of Delaware. All State of Delaware offices are closed on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, and driving is banned.

Accordingly, the offices of Delaware Intercorp, Inc. are also closed today.

We will post any updates for tomorrow regarding the Status of the Delaware Division of Corporations and Delaware Intercorp here on the blog.
