Title: AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 6 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CREDIT SERVICES ORGANIZATIONS.

Synopsis:
This Act gives the Attorney General more options for enforcing the statute that regulates credit repair companies. The current provision provides only for injunctive relief in civil enforcement actions by the Attorney General.
