30 Minute Service is now offered by Delaware Division of Corporations

The customer service oriented Division of Corporations is one of the things that makes doing business in Delaware so great...

Effective October 1, 2009, the Division of Corporations will begin to offer a new service. A processing time frame of only 30 minutes is now available for most filings. If you are interested in this service, you must contact an online registered agent to submit the filing. Other terms and conditions also apply.
