Delaware Division of Corporations

I would like to take a moment to provide some information about the State of Delaware’s Division of Corporations web site. The Division of Corporations is working hard to make their web site easy to use and helpful.

There are links to the Delaware Code that pertains to Title 8 - Corporations.

There are online links to search name availability, corporate status (with further information about the State file number, registered agent, etc.), or certificate validation.

You can also submit your opinions about the Division of Corporations web site at the online Customer Service Survey.

I hope that you will take the time to review the Division’s web site. Along with our Delaware Intercorp, Inc. web site, it can be a useful tool for those getting ready to establish a new corporation.
