Delaware Division of Corporations Publishes Public Notice for Void/Cancelled Entities

The Delaware Division of Corporations has published their annual list of Void/Cancelled entities revealing those companies that failed failed to pay the annual franchise tax for year 2008.

You can view the 2008 Void/Cancelled Proclamation online free of charge until October 31, 2008.

  • Limited Liability Companies


  • Limited Partnerships


  • Partnerships


    • Every Corporation, Limited Liability Company or other alternative entity formed in the State of Delaware is required to pay an annual franchise tax. If they fail to do so, the state will eventually declare that company’s charter void or cancelled.
