The following Legislation affecting Title 6 - Commerce and Trade was acted upon by the General Assembly on 6/25/2008:

SB 325
Title: AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 6 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COMMERCE AND TRADE.


Synopsis:
Sections 1 and 2 provide an alternative form for a UCC Financing Statement Amendment and the Addendum therefore. Section 3 provides that this Act shall become effective August 1, 2008.
