Delaware’s Legal System Ranked No. 1 in Nation for Sixth Consecutive Year

The U.S.Chamber Institute for Legal Reform has published its annual report on Lawsuit Climate. Once again, The State of Delaware is ranked at #1.

This comes as no surprise as all of the Delaware Courts, particularly the Delaware Court of Chancery, have a reputation of fairness and efficiency. This helps build the foundation which makes the State of Delaware an ideal location for doing business.
