Jurisdictional Standards for State and Local Business Activity Taxes

This probably sounds like a great idea to many small business owners who struggle with not only staying in the black, but staying in compliance with each individual state they have a "nexus" in.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about:

Maybe there is hope on the horizon thanks to Senator Schumer (D-NY) and co-sponsors.

It looks like we'll just have to wait to see if the "Business Activity Tax Simplification Act" will become a reality or not. In the meantime, why not take advantage of the State Government resources we make available for no cost and see if the state you are doing business in is expecting a tax payment from your business.
