Pending Legislation in the Delaware General Assembly For 2006

Yes, the only thing that is constant is change.

The following bills are currently in the Delaware General Assembly:

• Senate Bill 322
(an act to amend Title 8 of the Delaware Code relating to the General Corporation Law)

• House Bill 414
(an act to amend Chapter 18, Title 6 of the Delaware Code relating to the creation, regulation, operation and dissolution of domestic limited liability companies and the registration and regulation of foreign limited liability companies)

• House Bill 415
(an act to amend Chapter 17, Title 6 of the Delaware Code relating to the creation, regulation, operation and dissolution of domestic limited partnerships and the registration and regulation of foreign limited partnerships)

• House Bill 424
(an act to amend Chapter 15, Title 6 of the Delaware Code relating to the creation, regulation, operation and dissolution of domestic partnerships and the registration and regulation of foreign limited liability partnerships)

• House Bill 430
(an act to amend Titles 5, 6 and 11 of the Delaware Code relating to the regulation of debt management services)

• House Bill 445
(an act to amend Chapter 38, Title 12 of the Delaware Code relating Statutory Trusts)
