Reunification of Management

We have successfully completed a management and ownership reorganization at Delaware Intercorp, Inc., which included the retirement of Alan Coffey.

I will continue to own and manage Delaware Intercorp, Inc., now, as well as Larry D. Sullivan, Attorney at Law, P.A.. We hope that this reunification of management will provide to you efficient, accurate, and prompt service.

All staff have remained in place, and we have added a few as well. I will be introducing you to our additional new staff over the upcoming weeks.

We look forward to serving your needs in 2006 and well beyond.
