Maryland appellate court ruling upholds tool against Spam

I think it is probably safe to say that we all dislike unsolicited e-mail.

This ruling may now become yet another tool in the fight against spam.

Is it possible to really stop the flood of junk to our inboxes?
The 2004 anti-span law known as the CAN-SPAM Act is a start, but clearly it's going to take more than that.

Look on the bright side, they did it to telemarketers (sort of) - with the creation of the National Do Not Call Registry.
