Division of Corporations Holiday Schedule

The holidays are almost upon us. As we move closer to this busy time of year, please keep in mind the State of Delaware will be closed for business on the following dates:

Thursday, November 24 & Friday, November 25, 2005

State Holidays Thanksgiving Day and day after Thanksgiving – The Division of Corporations will be closed.

Monday, December 26, 2005

State Holiday Christmas Day – The Division of Corporations will be closed.

Monday, January 2, 2006

State Holiday New Years Day – The Division of Corporations will be closed.
