Voided Delaware Companies Available Online (Short Time Only)

The State of Delaware has made available on the internet a listing of all the corporations, Limited Liability companies, Limited Partnerships and General Partnerships that were voided due to non payment of franchise taxes.

The link is http://www.state.de.us/corp/voidproc.shtml and will be available for one week. After the week is up you may purchase a CD with all of this information from the State of Delaware for $50. Please contact the Division of Corporations at 302 739-3077 and let the receptionist know you are interested in purchasing the CD of voided companies for 2004.

Voided company names can be used for the creation of a new entity in Delaware so if you are looking for (or found) a name you are interested in using please contact one of our incorporators at info@delawareintercorp.com> to start the formation of your new company.
