New Delaware Corporations Administrator

We received a notice this morning from the Delaware Secretary of State, Mrs. Harriet Smith Windsor, concerning the appointment of a new Corporations Administrator. As you may have heard, Veronica (Ronny) Pletsch is stepping down at the end of the year. We will miss her. She is respected for her knowledge and fair dealing with the agents, the public and the corporate community.

The Secretary of State cast her eye beyond the Corporations Division this time to find new blood and leadership. Either that, or they found nobody within the Division to take on this demanding job.

We look forward to welcoming Mr. Robert Mathers (pronounced May-thers) to the Division of Corporations and we anticipate big internal changes based on his career path. The complete notice is available at http://www.delawareintercorp.com/notice.htm.
