Converting Delaware Businesses to Non-Delaware Entities

On June 30, 2003, the General Assembly passed 3 House bills that allow for the conversion of a Delaware Limited Liability Company, Limited Partnership or General Partnership to convert to a non-Delaware entity.

Remember, any conversion that eliminates a Delaware entity will require payment of all franchise taxes and fees.
